For thousands of women and children, home will be anything but safe this Christmas.
An estimated 1.6 million experience domestic abuse each year. With schools, workplaces, GP surgeries and other ‘safe places’ closed or running on skeleton staff this Christmas, it will be much more difficult for those at risk of domestic abuse to access help when they need it.
Women’s Aid is a grassroots federation working to provide life-saving services in England and build a future where domestic abuse is not tolerated.
This year, Fanclub PR and Humankind Comms are teaming up with Women’s Aid to promote the #emotee T-shirt, designed by stylist and activist Grace Woodward (and modelled here by actor, Nicholas Pinnock).

If you, or anyone you know needs helps, visit this page on the Women’s Aid site to find a list of services that can help.
